You’ll learn what firms look for in hiring, what they test for in interviews, and how to build a standout portfolio even without years of experience. We’ll also guide you through what to include in a trading portfolio: strategy writeups, backtests, execution metrics, and dashboards all designed to show how you think and how you trade. You’ll also get a preview of how our internal team evaluates interns and analysts.
